Delivery Area
We deliver within Kuwait only.
Delivery Fee
Free Delivery for all orders within Kuwait.
Delivery Timeline
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
- Friday is off (no deliveries).
Order Processing
Please ensure your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or no response, the delivery may be rescheduled.
Return / Exchange Fee
A fee of 2.5 KD applies for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
